I feel safe only when I’m alone with my thoughts. I’ve always been a writer. Ever since I learned that spelling can lead to story telling… I was sold. I bought my first type writer when I was 10 and wrote story upon story until my fingers were numb. Writing is one of my biggest passions; I’m not very good at grammatical errors, but reading between the lines and diving into something so real and personal is just so moving for me. That’s why I love to journal. Not just a journal to take notes in about church sermons, not just a husband journal… A journal of my thoughts. Of my prayers. And of my dreams. I’ve learned that writing is the one way that I can express who I am completely and fully. Without that sacred book of secrets, despairs and hopes… I won’t have anywhere to put my feelings. This is why tomorrow I’m buying myself a bigggg journal. :)
rest in peace dear Amy Waibel Baker. You were truly God’s gift to earth. While you were only here for a short while, you made quite the impression on this earth. By your giving attitude, free spirit and caring nature.. you taught the world to appreciate every little blessing, regardless of the situation. You gave us all a little peace of sunshine and you encouraged all you encountered to try harder and never loose hope. Your humor and smile could ease any tensions and worries, and you always were giving of yourself for the ones you cared for. I will miss you immensely. You were an inspiration and truly a saint. I love you Aunt Amy. Always and forever.

I’ve been dreaming about a guy like you since I was 16. I prayed to God every night and ask him to send me someone just like you. I have such high hopes for us; we can make our own rules, go on this journey scared but together. I want you to be my best friend, I want to tell you everything.. But how? It’s not that I have a lot to tell, my life gets pretty boring. But I want to know that I can come to you with anything and that you’d listen and care. I need to know that if I’m gunna be vulnerable.. You have to too. You are the man of my dreams, I just wish we could spend more time together or have meaningful conversations where we can become best friends and be in a true relationship. We’re both scared to wear our hearts on our sleeves, but why not be scared together? Promise me I’m not wasting my time falling for someone who doesn’t care..

When it’s all said and done, it’s more important to remember those who were there for you regardless of time, situation or subject. It’s the friends that ask for your advice but also ask about you that matter most. When it’s all said and done, it’s more important to have friends whom you can trust, rather than those whom you keep everything from. I’ve learned from my mistakes: it’s better to have true friends than to have friends who could care less about you.
Wow. I love being home and with my best friends. Im so happy to be with my dear friends sitting in Morgan’s bed talking and catching up about life. This is my perfect. And the fact that I now am able to post on tumblr via iPhone! Wahoo! I just want these next few weeks to fly by so I can be home again for a whole month! Andddddd maybe my family and I will get along too. Fingers crossed! So much love!
